The staircase located on the side of the porch needs to be reattached to the porch to prevent injury to a child. Upon arrival, the children and primary caregiver were in the front outdoor play area where one child was found hiding in the corner standing on a chair behind a crib, another child was seen walking towards the backyard while the caregiver was near the front of the house. During the walkthrough, one child ran towards the back of the home while the primary caregiver was still at the front door letting the other children inside. The 2 year old was seen in the bathroom in the back standing on a toddler tower step stool leaned over the sink in the dark by themselves. Two toddlers were observed by the front door without the caregiver present or nearby. Various times toddlers were seen running through the home without supervision.
