The menu did not reflect what the kids had for lunch which was mac and cheese. children had corn dogs.

In the infant room, the standing fan in now mounted and the wire is in reach of children. Note: This was corrected when the director removed the fan.

Based on information received during the investigation inspection there is a sufficient amount of evidence to suggest that the operation did not notify parent of a less serious injury at the end of the day.
