This standard was evaluated regarding a report received and found to be deficient. A caregiver acted inappropriately when a child was being disruptive while in care. The caregiver had a lack of judgement when an inappropriate statement was said to this child. The Director was made aware of the situation and immediately took action and provided additional training for this caregiver.
