Current fire inspection was not avalailable. Operation has already paid and is now scheduled for this month on the 16th.

A subject was observed at the operation and caring for children in the 1 year old classroom without an initial background check. Note: The subject was removed from the classroom immediately and the Director entered an initial background check submission during the inspection.

Fire drills are not being conducted monthly. The last fire drill conducted was on 8/19/2022.

The playground checklist has not been completed monthly.

The operation does not have the most recent health and sanitation report on file at the operation.

A caregiver in a classroom (age 6m-8m) and a caregiver in a different classroom (age 18m-23m) did not know the correct number of children that were currently present in their classrooms during the inspection.

A caregiver did not wash a child's hands after changing the child's diaper.

Observed a water hose on the operation's playground that was not rolled up and secured which will cause a tripping hazard and places children at risk. Note: Corrections were made during the inspection.

A child under the age of 12 months was observed sleeping in a crib with a soft toy. A child in another classroom under the age of 12 months was observed sleeping in a crib with a pacifier and pacifier attachment.

A caregiver has not completed annual training in the discipline and guidance topic.

A 4 month old child was observed sleeping in a restrictive device (bouncer).

Observed exposed hoses/cords connected to a mist water system on the operation's playground that were accessible to the children. The exposed hoses/cords presents a tripping hazard and places the children at risk.
