A toddler was observed attempting to climb on the diaper changing table and another toddler was observed pushing a chair around the classroom. In the school-age room several children were observed to be running around and hitting each other, one child was picking up another child and carrying them around the room. A third child used their knees to jump onto a child's back who was laying down on the floor which caused an injury that required first aid.
