School-age children were observed watching SpongeBob during inspection. TV show is not related to today's lesson plan titled "Learning to Cut and Paste correctly" .
Operation has a play structure with a slide. There is gap between the base of the structure and the slide causing a pinch point.

Original crib's mattresses were replaced with foam pieces. Note: During inspection provider located the original mattresses and replaced them.
Classrooms have lesson plans posted, however, they were not being followed and are missing child initiated activities.
