2 bottles of cleaning supplies (a bottle of windex, and clorox ) and a dead cockroach were observed under the sink in the infant classroom. This posed a safety hazard as the cabinet doors were not secured with safety latches and were accesible to children. Two dead cockroaches and a dead cricket were observed on the floor in a toddler area. The insects posed a hazard as they were located in areas that children come in close contact with during play. Note: this was CORRECTED at inspection as safety latches were placed on cabinet doors and the insects were picked up.

A 9 month old nfant was observed in a crib with a blanket.

The transportation vehicle was not equipped with an electronic child safety alarm.
