Trash was observed in the outdoor playround. Papers, wrappers, and a plastic sandwich bag were observed, this posed a hazard as the trash was accesible to chldren. Note: This was CORRECTED during the inspection as the trash was picked up.

Soiled diapers were observed in waste baskets without a lid in the children's restrooms. This was observed in 5 of 6 classrooms.

A caregiver was observed caring for a group of 16 children. The specified age of the children in the group was 3 years of age. According to the ratio chart the maximum number of children 3 years of age a caregiver may supervise is 15. The group was out of ratio by one child. Note: A second caregiver stepped in the classroom during the inspection.
