A school aged child was observed in a toddler room with a group of toddlers and infants between the ages of 12-17 months. The oldest child in the group was 5 years old and the youngest child was 16 months old. The oldest child in the group was more than 18 months older than the youngest child.
A list of each child s food allergies was not posted in the kitchen. Note: This was CORRECTED during the inspection as a list was obtained and posted in the kitchen area.
Soiled diapers were observed in a trash can without a cover in a toddler restroom. Note: This was CORRECTED during the inspection as the trash can was replaced with another that had a cover.

Children were served their afternoon snack (cookies/crackers) on a bare table in a toddler room.
An electric fragrance wax warmer was observed in a toddler restroom. The wax warmer was connected on top of the hand washing sink accessible to children. A total of five electrical outlets without a safety cover were observed in different rooms. Seven cans of disinfecting wipes were observed under a children's hand washing sink in a toddler room. There was no latch on the doors preventing the cabinet from opening. Note: This was CORRECTED during the inspection as the wax warmer was removed from the children's restroom. Safety covers were placed on the electrical outlets. The disinfecting wipes were removed and stored out of children's reach.
