The outdoor playground was observed having a mechanical machine, ladder, paint bucket, and mops sticking out of a basket accessible to children.
A infant was observed sleep in a crib with a bib laying inside of the crib. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver was observed removing the bib from the inside of the crib.
Bottles and sippy cups were observed not labeled with the childs first name and first initial of last name. This was corrected during the inspection when the caregiver was observed labeling all bottles with the required information.
Operational policies did not address suspension and Expulsion of students.
The school age caregiver did not know an accurate count of how many children they were responsible for. Note- This was addressed during the inspection when the caregiver recounted the children in care.
The school age classroom had 28 children with one caregiver which put the classroom out of ratio by two children. Note- This was addressed during the inspection when enough children went home for the day to bring the classroom into ratio.
