There is a ladder in the backyard accessible to children. There is a fire pit area with rusted metal under the kinling/sticks for the fire that poses a tripping hazard.

There is nothing along edge of the backyard up to prevent the children from having access to the small creek behind the property. The gate to the fence on the playground has broken wood at the bottom and needs repaired.
