This standard was reviewed as part of an investigation and found non-compliant. During the investigation it was determined that a staff person was not interacting with children in a positive way when she was yelling at children as a way of guidance.

One staff member who was assisting supervise a group of children did not have a background check. The individual's background check was previously submitted in April 2021, however was inactive at inspection. This was corrected at inspection as the caregivers background check request was submitted.
