The center had a child's medication in their cabinet without the knowledge of the medication being expired. This was corrected when the medication was removed from the cabinet to return back to parent.

Neglect occurred when a child left the classroom and went outside to the parking lot unsupervised.
During inspection, there were no records available to review regarding a substitute caregiver who was at the operation.
A caregiver was unable to provide information on how an injury occurred to a child that was in their direct care.
The first aid kit in the van used for transportation was missing the required thermometer. This was corrected at inspection when the director added a thermometer to the first aid kit.
