During the inspection one classrooms stated that they had 12 children, but they had 13 children.

Observed broken tile in the bathroom in the hallway. Broken tiles can cut children and should be fixed or covered until it can be fixed. This was corrected when a mat was placed over the broken tiles until the tiles can be fixed.
