During the course of the investigation it was discovered that Pre-K children are put into feeding tables for timeout purposes.
Staff did not show good judgment when allowing a almost 4 year old child to climb onto a feeding table to sit inside the feeding chair meant for infants up to 24 months and under 30 pounds. Staff also failed to show good judgment when they allowed the child to remain in the feeding table.
During the course of the investigation it was discovered children are placed in the lunch room alone for timeout purposes.
