Operation did not label cots with the child's name for naptime, however this was corrected when the director created a cot chat.

Date of admission was missing on file for two out of four records checked.

One child was observed after diaper change without washing her hands. This was corrected when caregiver washed the child hands.

Caregiver was observed changing diaper before naptime. However caregiver did not wash her hands after the diaper change.

TV cord in one of the classrooms used by children was accessible to children.

Outdoor playground still has some hazards on the ground which needed to be removed.

There was no activity posted in each classroom that will be ued by children.

Mats or cots for napptime was not available during inspection.

Diaper changing mat has not been installed.
